I finally got home and uploaded pics and videos. Here are some of the highlights.

Like I posted earlier we had a magic meeting with the caretaker of the Cuffe Guest Ranch and really enjoyed our meeting there. Many movie greats were privately entertained at this spot and we had a wonderful time seeing the cabin where High Sierra with Bogart was shot and hearing the stories. Here are videos and pics of that meeting.

Here is a video of our visit

I loved the water system coming from Mt. Whitney

Here is the Cabin where Bogart stayed in High Sierra

The weather was just glorious

Yet at times ominous, I will post more videos in the owl synchs

Here is the Spot from our window where I met the Coyote at 12:30 AM

Many other pics having to do with our synchs with Bear and Owl etc will be posted on those threads.

Nice pictures, and thank you for sharing your videos.

I don’t remember watching High Sierra with Humphrey Bogart, but I remember Treasure of the Sierra Madre.

Thomas I am going to have to watch that movie again, we are looking for them on the net.

Here is a Poem that Pam and I feel we also experienced. This was written by J.P.O'Horgan who resides in Virginia City

The Ranch

The Cuffe Ranch stands alone,

Back in the Alabama Hills,
the stories and spirits linger,
from the dusty days of Western Movie thrills

Giant boulders moved by glaciers eons long ago,
stand as mountain monuments,
above the stream's unwinding flow

An oasis in the hills below Mt. Whitney's rugged peak,
such tales it speaks of yesterday
to those who history seek

Sometimes time seeks to stand still,
back in the Alabama Hills,
where history turned it's ruffled pages
with wild western movie thrills

Irene Cuffe lived at the ranch, for over 60 years
an actress of a thousands faces
sorrow, joy, laughter and tears

Clarence Badger the producer
owned the ranch back in his day
when many famous actors came to relax and play

Humfrey Bogart and Will Rogers were among
the countless guests, from the early days of movies
when actors gave their very best

Tho many years have come and gone
Since Irene Cuffe was there
the Ranch's days of fame
are etched in the memory so dear

the stream still rumbles through
the Ranch still stands it's ground
below the high Sierra's
where western dreams are found

O'Horgan 7/23/08

Quote:
O'Horgan, who calls himself "the poem painter," is the unofficial poet laureate of Virginia City. His knapsack is a repository of dozens of notebooks filled with poems written in a small, precise script. The lyrical, galloping verse he pens captures the spirit and history of the town:

"On the wind history rambles/ in Virginia City town/ While the mines rock and rumble/ beneath the shaky ground ..."

The poet credits his talent to his genes: "I'm third down from Twain, on his mother's side," he says.

Thomas: Yes I saw that Youtube video but for some reason I thought it was in Spanish.

Just now on pbs they are talking about the God of Gods and Mt. Olympus and the idea of the lightning and thunder on the mountain. Good synch with my experience the last few days.

My synch with the Thunder and Lightning of Spirit

Richard Bangs' Adventures With a Purpose
Greece: Quest for the Gods

Rev 4:5
Quote:
From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings and peals of thunder. Before the throne, seven lamps were blazing. These are the seven spirits of God.

The synch related to all this is that all preachers and interpretation are what was meant to avoid as in:
Matt 24:5
Quote:
For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many.

For all those that interpret are these that were spoken of.

But then the Spirit went on to say through Jesus

Matt 24:26
So if anyone interprets the Spirit for You and says "
Quote:
'There he is, out in the desert,' do not go out; or, 'Here he is, in the inner rooms,' do not believe it. For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.

For as the lightning strikes and soon after is the thunder so it is when the Spirit speaks and then the manifestation is soon after. For thus everyone that interprets without the Spirit is proven a LIAR. Oh, and yes, they blaspheme the Spirit

Quote:
Mark 3:28-30: "Truly I tell you, people will be forgiven all their sins and all the blasphemies they utter. But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven, but is guilty of an eternal sin.

For as the religious have always interpreted without the Spirit and condemned everyone that spoke from the Spirit so they will be caught in a net.

Everyone will have an opinion when they hear the lightning (synchs) of the Spirit but when the thunder hits... Silence is Coming!

We just watched "High Sierra" from Netflix. We really enjoyed the scenes going up the mountain as we played along that path quit a bit. It was a dirt round in 1941. Really cool scenes of the mountain.
